Absolutely brilliant! I'm still cheering. The match between Chinese Taipei and Malaysia was amazing as well.

There were some great rallies, very glad they won they really dug deep to get the result. Lets hope they can go one better this time than four years ago and get the gold

That's because they're the ninth best doubles team in the world. What they say is the truth. They are good, they know it, everyone else knows it. It's not like they're gonna say 'yeah, well we're alright' they want to go out there confident and ready to win...

Some good come-backs but too late, South Korea were with out a doubt the better team. The first round was just full of mistakes for the Brits.

I don't believe Korea were the better team. Sure, they won, but Britain were always on their tail. They lost because of the many mistakes. They gave Korea a lot of points. Britain beat the second seeds, but lost to the fourth seeds. We did have a good chance at beating Korea, but just weren't on top form today.

Emms couldn't answer when asked if she was still going to retire or not. I hope she changes her mind and has her last Olympics in four years in her home country. Atleast if they lose then as well, they'll know that they don't have a chance. I still think they're capable of gold. Robertson would have improved greatly by then as well. He wasn't at his best due to lack of training because of his ankle surgery.
