By differentiating the sites between USA & Uk.
You might lose users. People might like the USA layout, but need to upload onto UK.

Anyone can upload on any site, all the domains are on the same Server (parked)

There is no point in having two different sites for the same thing, just use one.. or the other..

You really are trying to get that point to people, funny thing is most people know anyway. Just shows what you can achive from a free script . Having a user system and all that crap does not make your site the best.

you need to fix the footer on uk too.. set to bottom of screen not bottom of layout.

I know, I have just started learning to code in div's I'll have to google it...

HabboUpload is a site for UPLOADING and not uploading + file managing online. So I will not be doing better.
