Well, the truth's always good. Say that yeah, you did it, but that was it - you didn't like her, you didn't kiss her, you didn't ask her number and you didn't think about it again afterwards and that if it hurt her you'll make sure you wont do it again. Remind her you love and and didn't want to **** things up and that she can trust you. Job's a good'un.

just tell her you were dancing and it was nothing sexual or anything.. and if shes really gunna be all jealous and crap then I wouldnt bother with her (whether you really love her or not doesnt matter). You cant just be ***** whipped just because you have a girlfriend. You should still be able to have fun.. it obviously didnt mean anything ( I hope..) so she shouldnt be that bothered..

Just because you danced - sorry grind - doesn't mean anything, no big deal you dance with another girl for a fun time out, she dances with other guys for fun time out you and your girlfriend leave at the end of the night. Tell her she needs to trust you and not be jealous.
