It should be so that when it's set to know it will show:
Welcome, joshuar.
You last visited: Yesterday at 04:49 PM Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 1350.


When it's set to yes it will show the same as above, but when you get a new PM or VM it will change to "Notifcations" and get rid of the PMs section.

I'll check it again, but it should be okay :S

I get no notification bar on space style still.

Stupid Space skin, it will be done either later or probably tomorrow for that skin.
