He specified it as MySQLi 5x, when it should have been MySQL 5x

There was no need to mention MySQLi either, 90% of the forum community wouldn't know what it is.

MySQLi is MySQL improved, it has been established... it was established when it was first released.. and if is officially MySQL improved.
