He's not making it up, we can all see it too.
I would place the blame on the server issues we experienced yesterday, this is just one of the weird resulting glitches from the crash. I was hoping it would fix itself but apparently it hasn't. It's simple to fix (I assume), all that needs to be done is to manually re add your infraction/warning stats although I might have to screenshot it and pass it around a bit first because it's one of the strangest things I've ever seen the database throw up.
I'll PM a couple of people and see if it is as simple to fix as I assume and then see what can be done about it.

Edit: The glitches are still happening, I've just had to approve my own post. :S
