If you visit your routers ip: 127.0.0.1 (Cant remember in my head)

And login to the router administration and it should have WEP Ecryption somewere, thats what you need

You dont have to use the computer that is plugged into the router to change the administration details, but warning do not change them if you do not own the router.

Go to the router's homepage. It will be located somewhere like http://192.168.1.1 (most likely) or http://192.168.2.1 or http://192.168.1.254 or http://192.168.0.1 the default username is usually "admin" and the default password is usually either "admin" or "password" or left blank.
