ugh, my chains have been sucking recently.
yesterday, delibird - couldn't see the grass patches because of the snow falling down
and today, beldum (which i really want) - theres a huge sandstorm >

What's chaining may I ask? I just got back into Pokémon, first time my SP's been out in years (I recently sold my DS, so can't play Diamond

On crystal when you get the egg that can turn into any baby pokémon I got a shiny elekid - that kicked so much buttock when I got it up to a high level electabuzz, especially useful considering the small amount of decent electric pokémon up to that point
most shinies I catch randomly are useless though like rattata or spinarak

it increases ur chance of getting a shiny pkmn from 1/8732

Diamond only, bah can't use it. I'l just have to hope that when I eveentually have enough Ultra Balls to even attempt to go for MewTwo that its that 1 in 8732
