Okay so maybe all that did happen but it dosent want to make you jump behind your sofa in fear lol I think the fact its a musical softens the goreI loved the film thoughViolence & Gore
EditHistory
Sweeney Todd beats a man with a boiling tea kettle, then slits his throat. Five nameless men get their throat slit by Sweeney, then fall through a trap door on to their heads. Those six people's flesh is baked into meat pies. Sweeney Todd also slits the thoat of a man who comes to investigate the business, although, not on screen, his corpse falls on the ground, and brain splatters everywhere. Also he slits the throat of the a random beggar woman. he stabs a man in his jugular with a razor three times, then slashes his throat. Sweeney Todd throws someone in an oven, and you see them burning. a characters throat is slit by another angry young man. There is lot's of blood in this movie, and the violence is meant to look artistic, yet graphic.Gore? What gore?I especially loved how everything was grey/dull and red.
