How did you find out about Habbo?!

My cousin showed me it, so I joined but I didn't get it so I didn't play for long. And then I made an account and got hacked and all this crap. I joined properly in 04 and I still play now. About an hour or two a day.

in summer 03 because i was bored, was from my friend alex who found it. took me a few days to sign up because i didn't know about the over 11 thing seeing as i was 10 and a half. this was on usa, played non stop for ages, then joined uk and neevr got into it. left habbo late 2005 and stayed on habbox

A friend told me about it in late 2004, but I didn't trust the link, so I never actually went onto the site until early 2005 when another group of friends told me about it. We joined on the US Hotel, but around a month later were told about the UK Hotel, so we moved there.
They all quit after around 6 months because they found it too hard to get furniture and win competitions, but I seemed to be pretty good in those sections and here I am now.

In 05, sister joined after hearing from her mates in Year 6. I decided to join just for the lulz, on the US hotel and then I found out there was a UK hotel. She registered to both, however I got more addicted to the UK one than she did. She gave it up after 3-4 months, I stayed on for 2-3 years.

Pretty much it really.

LOL. We're all really the same tbh. Mine with my brother though, thought it was rubbish after about 3 weeks. I went to the US then found out UK was there.
