If you've sent it with your hardrive I'd cry as it does say on the website/phonecall not to send the hardrive.

i haven't sent it yet. they said it's gonna be 60 quid to fix the *******s. do they still send the boxes out? i read somewhere that they don't...

lol i just sent mine last week and yes its without you only send the console its self no cables or controllers ect.

It depends how you got you're shipment code.

If they sent it to you via e-mail then you need to ring UPS and arrange a collection and you will need to find your own box and packaging.

If you have not received the shipment code then Microsoft will send you a box and packaging along with the Shipment code in a few days.
