That doesn't mean its coded well, you have to use things like p, h, ids, class all in the right places, yet it can be valid but that doesn't mean its coded well, it just means its coded within the rules.
I'll download it now and have a look at it and see if I can see the problem but I'm not very good at finding other peoples problems.

You've used float: right where you should have float: left; and you've coded it for one resolution.
