Read it a while ago but it's funny/interesting to read

Wow, that's a really good read, I skimmed through the last parts though. It's nice to know a reporter who doesn't just read a few pages on the internet and rambles on for 5 minutes on how it's brainwashing our children into psychotic murderers.

I don't get the "troll" philosophy... "We only troll to right wrongs." Like the flashing images on the epileptic forum... They're not righting a wrong, because they're doing it for different reasons than people intentionally doing it to bring harm. They're bringing harm but trying to justify it with "we're helping" when they're doing the opposite. There's isn't even a way to patch flashing images on a forum, because flashing images are just images... You can't block certain images...

It reminds me of people stealing wireless connections from other people. "We're stealing it because it's there" argument pops up.

Wow I read all that and i found it interesting.

Some of the things are terrible but part of me wants to laugh anyway at some of the things they did. Very smart people who are, in a way, wasted. Imagine if they worked for the government etc? They'd be very good.

I read it and I sort of understood it all, I see why they do it, how they do it and how it helps the world. I'm not sure whether to disagree or agree with what they're saying, I mean there's tons of trolls, not everyones the same and everyone has their own method to do it...

Tbh I'm surprised 4chan is still online. Government agencies should close down the site. These people who conduct such activities should really need counseling. I'm not sure if the people are adults (seeing that you need to be 18 and above but others join anyway), and if they are, the whole thing is even worse. I mean, grown, matured adults, attacking innocent kids, even forcing them to commit suicide. Some humans in our society have already lost their humanity, their empathy, to feel for others. Anyway, it is very saddening to see this harmless little person getting attacked by a group of people who don't even know him, doing it "just for fun". Just goes to see how sad is this world becoming I guess.
