I'd pay the average price, you seem like a good coder but I'd never let you do content or anything with commas.
    Indeed I will
Around what is the 'average' price? Also what do you mean about commas?

Also the SS host layout has a very small error in Safari and Opera.
I'm guessing it's the banner that's the error? I can't do anything about that as the script used for the specific navigation extends the frame by a pixel causing there to be a small white patch when scrolled

Just making full use of all the different xHTML tags, commenting on your code clearly will also help you increase your price, although don't over comment, if you are planning on using your own site to sell your services you could add that as on optimal extra quite a few people tend to go for it as it's only about $5-10 more

It depends how you go about getting clients, if it's via your own site based completely on xHTML & CSS Coding then you could probably ask for $40 - $80 depending on the completion time and how much money you want

But if you go around forums people tend to spend about half $40 is around the average on most forums. (I'm using dollars as that’s what most people tend to use on other forums as their full of Americans)

I mean that you usually place commas like:

hey , sally got me a chocolate bar from the candy shop!

All my coding is always valid Thanks for your comments

I dislike trying to make my layouts valid strict as I hate the use off <h1>'s and <p>'s round everything, just makes it look a bit messy in a seance
Not really sure how you can consider using proper tags in proper places messy but each to their own.

If you're serious about making money then you need to you need to perfect your coding before you even consider asking for money. Afterall if you found out the coding you recieved was to a poor standard and you paid for it, you'd be annoyed.

Oh and also, just because the coding is valid doesn't mean it's good coding....
