    agreed.

    which in a way, that makes all of us stupid cuz we're customers to other companies. i guess we KNOW though... we just... KNOW.

    and customers arent always right, seriously lol things in primark with customers have made me laugh.

    hah the phrase 'the customer is always right' is completely wrong, it was obviously invented by a customer.

    I think, in some circumstances, a company should have the right to tell customers where to go. Like some customers who try to get freebies because their food wasn't quite right, as in the food didn't appear on the plate as you thought it should or some things were out of place, even though the food itself is good. Not sure how anything like that could happen in a clothes, food or entertainment shopping industry, but people who complain about tiny things like how food appears on a plate annoys me, when they could of done it themselves to stop the hassle on the people serving and making the food.

    It is stupid, if the age limit to buy them is 18, then you should have to I.D people who look under 18, not under 21. :S

    think about it, alot of 17 year olds can LOOK 18, its basically to make sure we are selling them to the right age lol
