But what I'm saying is why not get a replacement? (Co-Manager) while she isn't here. The CS department is often forgetting about, thats because there is only 4 of you, my feedback is for the better of the department.

People have been moaning about the hackings etc. and with someone who can drive the department that could be your departments job. (I hope this makes sense).

There isn't really a need for an ACM at the moment from what i've seen. As I said Snr. Management helps out a lot it wouldn't really make sense to have 2 Managers and 3 Normal staff, presuming one of the normal staff gets promoted.

Tbh all managment should be active, least contact habbox or hire a co manager as someone said while the current manager is unactive for 'x' reason.

You don't understand . I believe that you're team can do a lot more stuff with a good manager behind it. Applications could open for more staff members, and the manager would make more work for you because at the moment, I personally don't see the point in the department.

Ooh right. Well we were doing things up until Rosie left, and even then the things we were doing where behind the scenes. Even when Rosie returns, I doubt people will actually notice the things we do, however, a lot will still be done Rosie is possibly the best manager that CS could have so I think it's well worth waiting for her. As for applications, I think the department will probably have to get properly going first before they open, but then thats up to Rosie and the greenies :]

Exactly the reason why someone needs to step in for Rosie whilst she's gone. I know Rosie is the best person for the job (and I love Rosie) but without her here, nothing can really be done which is making the department waste away.

Lol, I wouldn't say that. It can't really waste away yet because it hasn't properly started. When it does (When Rosie returns, hopefully soon), then I'm sure it will be in full swing soon

She kind of is due to the department being headless. Respecting her privacy I won't disclose the story behind her absence but after hearing from someone who works with her very closely it appears that she may not be coming back.

She will be removed however should she return she will be welcome back to the department if not the management (its hardly fair to say to someone, you're now manager but if Catzsy comes back all your work doesn't matter, she would probably have to wait for an opening).
