It's page you use to upload videos, well done? I still don't get the point you're trying to make, you have to have been registered before 2008 then you can have a director account and stuff to upload long videos. I tried a very small 13 minute video and it got rejected. :@

EDIT: Found out the first thing. Which option of youtube account is it you can upload over 10:00m ?

Only the partners can do that length now.
