    They will be colliding protons sometime in the next few days, but this will be at a low energy. The first proper high energy collisions don't start until 21st October.

    The protons dont collide till 21st October and it's not "impossible" to form black holes from it.

    It is possible yes, but they won't be stable enough and will only exist for a nanosecond or something.
