HIGHLIGHTS ON BLACK EDGES FACING THE USER!!!
Adds so much and it's so, so simple.
They're alright. The wood grain on the cabinet thing could do with some more work, but I'm not too sure how to do that in such a small space. Add another shade of brown is all I can think of, highlights and shadows will give the impression of not only grain, but chips and stuff.
The hinges also need to be more straight (2x1), at the moment they're diagonally down (1x1).
The tv is good, but it's bugging me that there's no inside to it. Add where the inside line is meant to be then make the back wall a lighter colour to match the shading on the outside.
On the draws, the shadow only really needs to be underneath the draws themselves, not ontop too.

*shrug*, when I was first active I had 4 or 5 of the top artists, the ones who made elite's regularly on many forums, criticising my work and I was a much better artist for it. If you don't try to improve and get big headed by people going "good, 9/10" with no other comments then someone's going to come and knock you on your ***. Criticism and comments are one of the key ways to improve so.

Wow, I love the filing cabinet, tv and sleeping back. Not really too keen on the minibar but well done. 9/10

Listen to the man, he has a good point. I was on this forum a good 2 years ago on a different user name and became alting. My first alts were terrible but it was thanks to people constantly criticizing them that I am as good as I am and not drawing funny little squiggles anymore. Besides when you post your alt you should expect some criticism, I would be disapointed if my alt didn't.
