Have you felt your chest when it occurs? if your heart is beating very fast and irregular, then it's a palpitation. These occur if your stressed out basically.

If it's a sharp pain that comes on suddenly and continues as you breathe, just pause, then take a slow, deep breath, and it'll be gone. It's completely normal. I'd say it's more central then near the heart though, but in your case, if it is right by your heart, go to a doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

Actually if you feel cramps or pain in your heart is very irregular...

This could be due to numerous reasons but you should always take pains
from your heart serious. Go see a docter, my guess is that you are overweight
and not getting all the right food groups and excersise into your diet and life style

No I actually use to have issues with putting weight on and was too skinny so the only thing I could do was gain muscle, and I have done. So I am definatly not over weight.

I have got these pains, they havern't bothered me to much. But we I get them its like a spike, to get rid of it I need to take a deep breathe in and a short 2sec spike pain and its gone. But I breath through my nose for 2 minutes and its gone.

I have had it for a while and it seems to becoming less and less. It could be a fact of just little heartburn. I have checkups recently and they've picked up nothing so if you've got the same problem its proberly just a little thing.

Always worried, go to your near GP.
