I workED on Habbos.NET, and found it such a mature forum, a lot better than this one.
Premium could not be sold anymore, and I think this was partially the reason it is gone, but I know that everybody grows up & looses interest in Habbos, which is understandible.

It was good whilst it lasted, maybe some more mature members will join habboxforum now!

A lot better than this one? They sucked up to most of the habbo staff to get where they was.

I have to say that it's a shame they've closed - but having adverts on a closed page.. it's just.. GREEDY.

    Haha yeah, it's like saying:
"Hello to all of you who just payed for premium, sorry you won't get a chance to use it but just click the ads below and you can give me some more money for free!!!1"

get your facts right please - nobody could buy premium it had been down for ages & was given away free recently.

Secondly - I didn't say habbos.net was a better forum than habboxforum, just a more mature one.

    Hey guys,

Thomas here (habbos.net management) thanks for the comments (L)

It's really shocking to see how many people are affected by this, on our habbo groups people are saying they're upset - I'll miss habbos and have loved working on it.

    Adios!

What a shame! Cya Habbos.NET. Hope all the staff have a great life and become successful!
Never argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level, and beat you with experience.

I always felt Habbos.net was 'Laid out for them' to be fair and I think there 'Good bye' page is a little harsh. I never really get into the swing of the forum but it looked a lot closer knitted and more fun community but I just never got the grasp of it, sometimes everyone being in the timezone can be a good thing, like most are on HabboxForum. It was a lot more Habbo-like and some phenomenal skins.

First of all they got their start from the best fansite ever closing, Habbos.co.uk, that was a huge boost for the forum and it suddenly went into life.

The sly dig at HabboHut is particually unfair too 'We were the only fansite without staff endorsement to be granted official status on all 5 English-speaking hotels.' - So your telling me, Callie didn't endorse Habbos.ca (To become Habbos.NET) hugely in the UK? Callie did a lot for the site in the beginning, originally a lot of the members where either from Habbos.co.uk or from Callie hugely promoting the site on Habbo UK (Hotel alerts etc) because of her relationship with Andy?

I don't see a thanks to either Habbos.co.uk or Callie in your good bye page, but you have the cheek to poke fun at HabboHut because Andy never got on well with Becs. I'm not a HabboHut fan and Becs made HabboHut what it was, it would of failed ages ago if it wasn't for her, but I can't help feeling you've had an easy ride.

Habbos.co.uk and Habbox.com worked their way up properly.
