To be honest I think you cause controversy depending on how you write your posts. You probably don't realise it, and nor do many others, but all your posts come across as arrogant to me, and it's just small things like that which spark the arguments and 'Hate', usually both the people who are arguing are both posting arrogantly.

I reckon you can post controversially though, if you have a sour taste of humour, you've got to expect the occasionally -rep and 'Inappropriate Infraction' but they're no surprise.

But if you post something controversial and make it sound a little light-hearted then you usually just get light-hearted replies also disagreeing with you, and then it turns into just two people jokingly arguing but at the same time trying to get a constructive point across, and the two of them will probably be better friends by the end of it.

Thanks for the replies guy, and especially thanks to Immenseman who gave me a cohesive reply. I'm still thinking about quitting. It just seems that there are so many egos on here that are so opinionated. Which is a coin. Heads: that makes this forum one of the best out there, the fact that everyone voices they're opinion creates our discussions. Tails: This makes this forum SO hate-ridden.

That said, I just got accepted as a Trialist Site Coder, so - looks like I'm not quitting.
How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.

In my opinion it's best to add the annoying users to your ignore list. That way you don't interact with them at all and don't have to worry about them, just as if they didn't exist . There will always be people you don't like whether it's online, at school or at work.

Quit acting like you know it all, and acting arogant, and people won't flame you, that simple.
