Yeah alot of big bodybuilders are known/rumored to be taking heavy ammounts of cocaine. This is because they want a VERY LOW FAT DIET.
A diet which would be seriosly unhealthy and somewhat dangerous. They do this for an exteremly low body fat %. An average body builder would be looking at around 3-6% body fat and the average is around 10%.
The protein shakes would be for the protein and the energy, but protein is still vital for body growth and repair, they can't rely just on steroids
But yes, sadly if you want to become known as a big bodybuilder there is alot of risks and drugs you need to take in order to reach the "perfect size"

Weights don't really do that much for me, perhaps I'm not getting enough protein though.
