Story: A girl and her best friend have just eaten at a diner and one of them has to go. The other one goes into the bathroom [her best friend is looking in the window, the one that left] and she turns into an alien/monster.
The last scene with the 'Mwahahaha' is that he has a controller in his hand and he controls her..?
