vBulletin 3.8 Alpha 1

This is more of what we wanted in 3.7 when they released that. At least there are getting another release out to sort of "patch" the features that were left out of 3.7.

Hopefully they will get 3.8 out before the end of the year (and not take as long as with 3.7) then we may even see 4.0 by the end of 2009.
