Awards/Badges won't work on HxF, it'll make the forum view look "busy" as in, too many things going on. It'll be cluttered. A nice idea, and worked well with Habbos.co.uk, but won't work too well on here.

Sites like habbos and Clubhabbo have one main skin design/style witha few varations where has all the Habbox skins are completely different to each other so a certain type of pixel art/badge may look good on one skin it will look very dodgy and out of place on another

There are no plans for any sort of badge system atm because it just looks bad. Member of the month is the current award system, and as it's coming to the end of the month keep your eyes peeled
