It'll clear up, it will bruise the finger nail will peel off and itll grow back in a week.. keep it protected though, dont let muck or dirt in..

If its bleeding badly and the nail is out of place, there's a chance of infection. If stuff like puss (eww) etc comes out of it, go to the local walk in hospital. Get well soon
