    they take mine from my paypal, which can be taken from my bank if i am poor because of having no paypal money,

    Wouldn't the most reasonable suggestion be to pay £2.08, you obviously knew that there were costs when you list an item so of course you're expected to pay it. Also it's not pathetic as you owe a company some money for a service they've provided you. I don't see why you're complaining really?

    Ebay wouldn't send bayliffs round It would cost them well over £100 for there time. The worst they could do is ban your ebay account, or suspend it untill you pay it back
