    Thanks for the help, it was the DPI settings It was set to some ridiculous number so everything was stretched because the font was too big.

    Yep, but it only barely worked. I could see the slider but for some reason the OK, Cancel and Apply buttons were no where to be found,, but I was clicking TAB a few times to try and find them. In the end I just went to Adjust Font (DPI settings) and changed it to standard
