Can't get rid of Adobe Flash CS3

I've tried everything. I used CCleaner, no use. I used Net Tools' uninstaller. No use again. I used Your Uninstaller 2008 many times, I also tried booting into safe mode. I removed the registry keys and then it goes, but when I go to install the actual installer never loads up.

I forgot to mention that I have also tried that, the restore doesn't work for a reason that Windows wont tell me.
