    The treadmill will help you my friend .

    10 minutes a day will improve your stamina in no time, when you can manage 10 minutes then increase to 15 and so on.

    Yeah, just keep working at it and pace yourself, you'll build stamina as you go along

    That won't improve his stamina at all.

    You don't need to join the gym or own a treadmill to exercise! Try jogging around the field for about 15 minutes then gradually increase to 20 etc.

    just maybe go to an athletics club, or run a size of football pitch slowly and gradually build it up.

    I reccommend a treadmill because you can't really know how fast your going when you run manually.

    Tbh, if you want to improve quicker than jogging or running, SWIM. Swimming gives you amazing stamina if you do it a lot, also works much more muscles than many other sports and it's fun too
