I thought i had a keylogger so I got all scared and used the onscreen keyboard to change my password. I requested a safteyban like 4 times and by the last one my friend told me he visited the same site as I, and he scanned his computer and he had no keylogger. I remembered about how I changed my pw aand I wanted to change it back because I forgotten it, also I wanted to call for help and tell the hobbas everythings okay. So right when I was about to do so, I got a hobba message saying I was saftey banned. Habbo disconnected and now I dont have my pass.word! Can anyone tell me how long a saftey bann is?

Also does anyone have a computer scanner I wanna double check about this keylogger. Ill give you rep if you help

That is anonline computer scanner - its good cos there is no download and it is very good
Its always up to date and picks up keyloggers and viruses that most programs dont. Good luck hope you get it sorted

Safety Ban is a perm ban placed on your account. It can take 2 hour to 1 year. You need to contact Habbo through the habbo help tool

yup i was safety banned on 1 of my accounts 7 months ago and its still safety banned i sent about 30 emails to un ban it but i got nothing even wen i asked Callie herself today she said email guest services they deal with things like dat >.<
