    Lets not confuse neutral with plain.

    Remember, a lot of the time your colour scheme and overall style/theme of your website derives from your logo. So a plain logo, and lots of vibrant colours are going to be sending conflicting messages to the user, at least in terms of the brand identity (i.e. associating the logo with your website).

    Before you reply, think about it.

    What do most logos have, text?

    Microsoft worth billions, text logo


    I already went for graphics etc

    Yes, but they don't just write some text and add a couple of shadow effects do they? No. I wasn't on about simplicity, because that's good. Text generally isn't because after all, you're a design company and you're there to design, and a logo made of just text isn't designing .

    I could put more complex designs into the actual layout.

    Interstudios isnt a design company, mainly focuses more on the backend not on the front.
