    The only real solution to avoid the rath of Vista is to upgrade to XP !

    its "wrath". maybe if XP was so great then it'd have an automatic spell checker built into the whole OS.

    and @ thread starter, if the problem persists you can use system restore to restore back to before you installed the update, its helped me a few times.

    You really don't like Vista do you There's no problems with it, for me at least. XP sucks compared to Vista, but that's my opinion

    Go to task manager and creat new task called sidebar.exe
