I prefer to think about the future than brooding on the past. As already been stated, we can't go back in time so it's ironically a waste of time thinking about it.

    one for example
i'd go back in time and tell my mate Mousey R.I.P to get his heart checked out
and not to go play footy on the day he died
If that was the case, I agree I'd go and visit my Grandad as he passed away when I was at the Liverpool V Man United match. Also, I'd note down the lottery numbers in my head and go put the numbers on the week before they were announced!

I often think the same way. Do you ever think that 6/7 days last week were forgettable? Most of my days are spent doing w/e and then I just forget doing it the next day.
I also often think how drab peoples lives are. You spend one big chunk of your life being educated say 15 years maybe if you go to university, then you spend more than twice that amount 'working' for 45 years, then you spend your remaining years freely but by this time the majority of people are too old to do anything exciting. Isn't life great?

If you add up all the time you spend with your eyes shut due to blinking alone over the course of one year, the time lost is around a day.
