SCEE have now confirmed the 5th as the latest date but shipping should start earlier so copies may appear earlier than that

Play.com have the Nariko costume I tink, you can only get Kratos from the OPM magazine - which I almost lost out on! - , I think all copies come with MGS Snake and FF Sephoriaph
