is it wired connection, if so i assume it s100mbps connection?

I can only get to Service Pack 2, I fixed the skype problem though. When I try and install 3 it doesn't work.

Nope, it just doesn't show up anywhere. When I do it from the site, it takes 12 hours.

Download it off softpedia if they've got it?

Do you have any other computers in the house, is it faster on them? if so stick it on memory stick/external HDD/DVD or something and install.
