We know how long it will physically take but deciding whether to implement it or not is a much longer process. Forum updates also generally happen on sundays/mondays, with today being Tuesday I find it unlikelky

Many forums has it that way. I really don't like that.
Announcements are for telling people updates. Then they could post about it in the feedback forum.

I only read 2 posts, forgive me if this is ovasive.

"Congratulate users who became Habbox Staff" seems a bit odd to me..
prehaps something like "Awards and Acheivements"

Great Idea, I think that it would make feedback a lot more clear because congratulations are good but they aren't neccesarily feedback... And also the idea that post count would not count is good because the congrats are genuine and not just for PC
