I dont mind camping but only in hot weather, I know what you mean about the coldness. I hate my hands being numb, I'm taking gloves to school tomorrow and this weather is SERIOUSLY getting me down, I hate it, we haven't even had much of a summer at all this year and last year, I want to go out in shorts and T-shirts again.

lol. your camping did sound kinda bad. advice is to bring loads of booze, then you can have a good time. we went up to loch lomond a couple of weekends back, was great

I camped out like every other week in the summer and it was freezing then lol. Only good thing I got out of it was 2 lasses snuggled up to me

We had a few beers and that but it was still freezing. I was wearing a t-shirt, jumper, hoodie, coat and jeans in a sleeping bag as well.

couple of weeks back we just folded the rear seats down in the car and slept there, it was cold though as I didn't fancy leaving my engine running to keep the heaters on

i hate camping. only time i go is if theres nuff ppl and booze. otherwise its like why would i wanna freeze ma balls off.

my friend was like lets go camping soon and i replied saying can we like camp out in a hotel cuz is bloody freezing atm. she didnt quite like that answer

Wouldn't dream of camping this time of year. If we don't have a house to go to, best bet is a nice fire on the side of the hill. Still gets pretty cold, that or you get so close to the fire you reak of smoke.
