It posts old news, normally when a user does that they get -rep so it's only fair the bot gets it aswell.

The bot will continue to post regardless of its rep count, so it is up to people if they want to -rep it. It won't change anything!

Lol, It's only a bot - and it's only a -REP, It doesn't have feelings so it isn't gunna start crying about it.
What's the point in complaining about it?

I would suggest that if the bot feels that the -rep is unfair, he reports it in the 'Report Reputation Problems' thread.
