    I can get you a free version on linksys telephone number. They make money by making people wait a long time but i have their freephone number so i didn't pay a penny.
    There could be an issue with the wireless security, resetting it and setting it up from scratch again may be quicker and easier than phoning linksys. I used to have an oldish router like that but it ended up getting so frustrating we got a new one and the new linksys starts in a matter of seconds and delivers our actual internet speed rather than 800kbps.

    I'm sure at least one of those should help
