Had to look up "minging" (I'm American) - so what you're asking does it smell as bad as it looks? Yes. Let's just say for the past month I've been the person who puts the meat through the broiler, which also carries the duty of cleaning "parts and baffles" (baffles being these little things in the top of the broiler, and parts being like 5 metal pieces that go on the broiler) and they soak all day in a tub filled with grease and what looks exactly like feces and other nasty crap.
