    I can understand u make think its me but i can assure u it ant, i just wasnt sure if it was legal when he offered me it thats why i posted here, i also ask jake on msn but he wasnt sure.

    I am going to give chat log and details of the person to someone i know who if going to report it, becuase i dont really understand how.

    Think about it like this;

    Selling bank details = Illegal, not only its fraud, its private

    So it be the same for any private information

    Yeh i understand i bit better know, it just seemed a bit weird when he tried selling me it becuase i didnt think you were allowed or even did things like that, thats why i posted. that and jake was useal on msn cus he didnt knw answere. lol

    It's not always illegal.

    In many terms and conditions, people will add a clause where by it says you agree for your details to be passed on.
    You are then aloud to sell on the emails.
    Basically it depends on the conditions of how the emails were recorded
