Theres already a post on ipod themes. They changed the rule about bumping ages ago if its a post like this and you have a valid point and it isn't spam etc..

Search for "iphone themes" "ipod touch themes" on Google, but mainly Cydia (for jailbroken devices)

Thats just the default theme.. you should jailbreak and then you will have much more freedom with what you can do with your iphone.
