It's becoming quite obvious to me that 'emo' is the new 'new wave'. Ignorant people, desperate to jump on a bandwagon, start tarring all vaguely similar-sounding bands with the same brush: just because Arcade Fire use guitars and have impassioned vocals does not mean they're emo. Emo is (largely) hardcore about break-ups, albeit hardcore with pop sensibilities. Since when did emo bands use accordians? In short, quit using stupid buzzwords to describe something that you clearly know very little about. You sound like idiots.
