So you're suggesting they replace the chat with a chat? Very clever...

The current chat system works fine, it just needs more attention. Having it on the index page is pointless, because members would literally flood the system and not many people want it. It was a bit of a pointless buy, but they can't go back on it now

The current Chat system works well, it's just not advertised well enough. As mentioned it's at the bottom of the page whereas most of the top viewed forums are towards the top and middle.

Theres no point replacing it with another form of chap.

As said really I can't see us replacing the current chat. There are no serious problems with it that a new system would correct and I can't personally see any problems with it when I've used it before.
