I dab toothpaste on my spots if I ever get any since it dries them up. Don't put it all over your face but just dab a little bit on each spot and rub it into the spot, not anywhere else on your face, just the spot.

Not showering/bathing has nothing to do with spots, it's just an evil rumour lol. I read that you have more of a chance of getting sports if you wash too often.

Imo fresh air does wonders for spots.

Nah, it's weaker (+ you take it for longer periods of time); but if you're allergic to penicillin it's probably better to take.

It's really the only and best way to get rid of your spots.
I went to the doctors too since I had a terrible acne problem (red spots all over my face that never seem to go away). I got antibiotics and a liquid to dab on my face as well. It worked miracles.

I find that the facial products advertised today are not that useful in a long run. I'm not sure, somehow your skin gets 'immune' to the product from overusage.

Nice name and poo? You would need to do one in the bath first

Baths I stopped when I was 6 Due to all the fluff from my socks stuck between my toes going into my bath when I come out all stuck to me and showers are x10 better but

If you got black heads do:

If you want to open up your pours I would run a bath like 75% how watch no need to get in it just stick your face under for couple of mins like 20 secs up breath down again etc then get a towel? And rub.

    A) It's growing up. You'll rarely be spotless.

    B) Cleansing.

Use benzyl peroxide 2.5% cream, only costs about 4 quid. Careful not to use too much though otherwise it'll turn your face red. You just dab it on a little bit and it should clear up.
