    any 32 bit system doesn't get pick up more than 3.5gb ram (sometimes 3gb)

    Vista HP has a 64 bit version as well, you should ask the vendor.

    Wow...at my local BestBuy I can get a HP with quad Q6600 for cheaper than that.
