It's either a new version or they're adding a new batch of furni (added Neon)

They dont take the hotel down to do that, the furni had been in the UK hotel for ages.

Yeah, they did the globetrekkers rooms without taking the hotel down on week 1.. they simply put rooms under the navigation for people to find lol..

They C&P the rooms, the rooms on globetrekkers arent the real rooms, hense why there are no moodlights copied

Well the "neon letters" in the homepages have proper titles on them 'neon: pink' etc, they didn't used to and 'Igor Brain' 's eyes are back to normal, they've been an odd dull looking colour the past few weeks.

I Don't know if those were updated before the closure but they are two things i've noticed, besides not every update to habbo is visible, the majority of small down-time updates are usually fixing and updating internal stuff.

We got updated to v27-BUILD78 instead of v27-BUILD72

The Neon things were changed yesterday .

And its a common occurance that updates only happen on wednesdays. (Not a guess, they do.)
