The mobile networks take up most of the fees, then the mobile payments company, then us (in order of percentage of the fees taken off).

Clearly, we are not trying to rip you off. We give the best rates we possibly can.

I'd make the underlined bit even clearer and more prominent on your site, otherwise it does look like you're taking massive profit margins
